https://heartcloud.io, https://practices.heartcloud.io, and any other web site or application on the heartcloud.io domain or any of its subdomains (collectively, "the Service") may only be used for authorized purposes. While any member of the public is permitted to use a public website of the Service (as defined by visiting a page that does not require an authenticated user account session), a page that does require an authenticated user to have logged in with valid user credentials is subject to additional data protection mechanisms as enforced by HeartCloud, Inc.

HeartCloud, Inc. reserves the right to monitor and audit usage of the Service. All persons are hereby notified that use of the Service constitutes consent to monitoring and auditing of usage.

Unauthorized attempts to undermine the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of data or infrastructure utilized by any of the HeartCloud Web Sites is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of HeartCloud Corp. Actions adverse to the information security and privacy measures may be subject to prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, 18 U.S. Code § 1030("Fraud and related activity in connection with computers"), or 18 U.S. Code § 1001 ("Statements or entries generally").
