Compare Health Data Between Weeks

With HeartCloud, you can pick two date ranges and compare your heart rate data for each day within each range.

For various reasons, health and fitness apps generally lack the ability to efficiently compare trends over multiple days, weeks, or months based on search criteria you define. HeartCloud excels here, providing easy-to-understand visualizations of your health data during, as shown here, several arbitrarily shown time periods

Compare Day-To-Day

For example, HeartCloud lets you see trends in your average heart rate in today vs. yesterday table, automatically calculating changes in percents and amounts between each row. You can further click on the individual date to see all data recorded on that day.

Compare Health Data Between Workouts

Select two workouts of the same type and compare the heart rate data recorded over each.

For example, heart rate recovery is a measure of how long it takes for your heart rate to return to a resting average after a workout. When comparing two workouts, HeartCloud shows how long it took to return to the resting heart rate recorded in the 30 days before each individual workout.

Compare Workout Maps

HeartCloud lets you see individual workout maps for a single workout, or two workouts side-by-side. If your Apple Watch collected GPS Data during your workout sessions, HeartCloud plots it against outdoor terrain maps.
